We built it for our own venue first.
Twin Fin Studio puts AI to work in the back office of hotels, restaurants and local businesses. SEO and web design are still part of it.
The story
Twin Fin Studio is a small studio founded by Bart Gotemans. Belgian roots, remote by design. You'll find us online, and sometimes in the line-up.
After moving to Lombok, Bart started running his own venue, The Spot. The guests were the fun part. The admin ate the evenings: invoices, the inbox, staff messages, prices that didn't match between the menu and the till.
So we built our own tools. Mae, our AI back office assistant, prepares invoices and quotes. Kai writes our client mail. Sentinel reads every incoming email and turns requests into tasks. Bart approves before anything goes out. The ops app runs staff reports and daily routines at The Spot.
Now we build the same for other hospitality and local businesses in Lombok, Bali and Belgium. With SEO and web design to match, because that's where we started.
